I am 1% Albanian 3% Scottish,  4% Swedish, 13% Germanic European, 14% Irish and 65% Anglo-saxon / Norman. I also have an undetectable amount of Ashkenazi Jewish blood and cultural influence.

My great grandmother and great granduncle Edward Bracken are descendants of Moses Bracken who both had a cultural influence on my grandfather.

The 4% Swedish in the AncestryDNA comes from Eliza Ann Forwood whose father was a mariner.

The 1% Albanian in the AncestryDNA likely comes from the unknown wife of Thomas Byrnes, my great x4 grandparent. Interestingly, there is a family history there of hair plaiting which can probably be traced back to the Ottoman Empire.

The 14th Irish blood comes from the mother of my great grandmother Julia Gertrude Pringle (Margaret Frances Gully) who was born in Limerick, Ireland.
